My name is Sam. I’m from Wales, and grew up in a valley where the light is gray and the weather dismal—for most of the year at least.

I am passionate about capturing a breadth of experience, with a particular love of social documentary and street photography. But I also love taking pictures of environments where the human element is subdued or implied. I suppose that means I like taking pictures of anything.
